Utility Efficiency

The best technologies on the planet are of no value if they can't be implemented
for the long-term. Our IT program assures the long-term success of BluOx
technologies.

There are three elements to BluOx's IT program:

Remote Diagnostics

Remote diagnostics and monitoring of our ozone and oxygen supplying equipment
gives 24/7 tracking of how the equipment is performing. We and the customer are
promptly notified of any issues requiring either maintenance or service. This allows
maximum longevity of the BluOx equipment and savings to our customers.

Washer Monitoring

We also monitor the washer operation and track which and how many formulas
are run each day. We then compare that information to the occupancy levels and
give managers daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly feedback as to laundry
operation efficiencies.

Utility Efficiency

Finally, we look at overall utility consumption. We compare total therms of gas,
gallons of water/sewer and Kw's to occupancy levels and give managers daily,
weekly, monthly and/or quarterly feedback. Any spikes or abnormal levels in utility usage are immediately reported to management. Utility consumption per occupied room is compared to comparable properties so that management can effectively evaluate the overall efficiency of the property.
